I lost access to my media server login

If you can no longer log in to your media server, go through the checks below.

Check your service status

  1. Log in to your client area.
  2. Open Services.
  3. Confirm that the service is marked as Active.

Check your login details

Make sure you are using the correct:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Password
  • Platform account, if required

Check the platform

Some services may require platform-specific login methods depending on whether you use:
