If you cannot access your service, please go through the following checks first.
Check your service status
- Log in to your Emberly account.
- Click Services or Media Access.
- Open the relevant service.
- Confirm that the service status is Active.
Check your access details
Make sure you are using the correct login details, invite link, or setup instructions provided in your client area.
Check billing
If you have unpaid or overdue invoices, access to your service may be limited or suspended.
