Discord connection issues

If you are having trouble connecting your Discord account, try the steps below.

Basic checks

• Make sure you are logged in to the correct Emberly account
• Make sure you are logged in to the correct Discord account
• Try reconnecting from the dashboard
• Refresh the page and try again

If the connection fails

• Log out of the client area and sign in again
• Log out of Discord and sign in again
• Try using a private browser window
• Disable browser extensions that may block popups or redirects
