How long does activation take?

Most services are activated automatically, but some may require manual review.

Where can I find my invoices?

Click Invoices in the client area menu.

How do I contact support?

Click Support and open a new ticket.

Where do I see my active services?

Click Services or Media Access in the menu.

Can I upgrade later?

If your service supports upgrades, an upgrade option will be available in the service details page.
