How to open a support ticket

If you need help, you can contact our support team through the client area.

  1. Log in to your Emberly account.
  2. Click Support in the menu.
  3. Click New Ticket.
  4. Choose the most relevant department, if available.
  5. Enter a clear subject line.
  6. Describe your issue with as much detail as possible.
  7. Click Submit.

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address linked to your account
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if relevant
