You can check the status of your orders at any time in the client area.
- Log in to your Emberly account.
- Click Order or Services.
- Open the relevant order or active service.
- Review the current status shown on the page.
Common statuses may include:
- Pending – your order is waiting for processing
- Active – your service is active and ready to use
- Suspended – your service is temporarily unavailable
- Cancelled – your service has been cancelled
If your order stays pending for longer than expected, please contact support.
