How to check your order status

You can check the status of your orders at any time in the client area.

  1. Log in to your Emberly account.
  2. Click Order or Services.
  3. Open the relevant order or active service.
  4. Review the current status shown on the page.

Common statuses may include:

  • Pending – your order is waiting for processing
  • Active – your service is active and ready to use
  • Suspended – your service is temporarily unavailable
  • Cancelled – your service has been cancelled

If your order stays pending for longer than expected, please contact support.
