How wallet balance works

Your wallet balance can be used toward eligible payments in the Emberly client area.

What is wallet balance?

Wallet balance is credit available on your account. It may come from manual top-ups, credits, or account adjustments.

How to check your balance

1. Log in to your Emberly account.
2. Click Wallet in the menu.
3. Review your current available balance and any wallet activity.

How it is used

If wallet payments are enabled, your available balance may be applied to future invoices or orders.

Important notes

• Wallet balance is non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Wallet usage may depend on the service or billing rules in place.
