How to upgrade your service

If your current service has upgrade options available, you can request an upgrade through the client area.

1. Log in to your Emberly account.
2. Click Services.
3. Open the service you want to upgrade.
4. Look for an Upgrade option.
5. Select the new package or plan.
6. Review the price difference and confirm the order.

Please note:

• Not all services support instant upgrades.
• Some upgrades may require manual processing.
• Billing adjustments may apply depending on your current plan and billing cycle.
