How billing and invoices work

All billing information is available in your Emberly client area.

Invoices

You can view your invoices by clicking Invoices in the menu. From there, you can check whether an invoice is paid, unpaid, or overdue.

Payments

Invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid interruption of service. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout and invoice payment.

Wallet balance

If your account includes wallet functionality, your balance can be used toward future payments.

Important notes

• Unpaid invoices may result in suspended or cancelled services.
• Some services renew automatically if recurring billing is enabled.
• Make sure your billing email address is correct so you do not miss important notices.
